Is it wise to put pdf pics next to peoples names on spreadsheet?
I've created a data base on excel. My boss wants pictures included. I don't
think the pictures will "follow" the names in each row when I resort or add new names. Any suggestions as how best to put together employee list with pictures? |

When you sort or insert cells are added or moved. Pictures that span more
than one cell can be problematic as XL has no idea where you want to move the picture. So long as the picture resides completely with a single sell then it should work out ok. you can use hyperlink for each name or you could increase the size of row
