Default why can't I see pics from an excel spreadsheet?

I forwarded an excel spreadsheet from work to my home computer, but I can't
see the pics that are in the spreadsheet. For example, the spreadsheet is a
telphone extenson listing of employees and if you click on a name, you will
see their picture.

Julie

Probably because clicking on a name just links to a picture which is stored on
your work computer.

When you take the workbook home, the pictures don't travel with the workbook.
