Default Spreadsheet Help Please

Gord I followed the procedures you gave in the URL but my Word program could
not open the Excel file. What did I do wrong. I set the Excel file up as text
as you said and then pasted data from a Works data base into it. Is that my
problem? Am i going to have to retype the whole thing?

We have an excel spreadsheet with names and addresses in columns. We would
like to manipulate this data (without having to retype it) in a Word document
for a class reunion project to read like this:
Jane Doe
xxx street
xxx city, state, zip
Comment line: Jane has been a teacher for........

Any ideas?
