You would need two options buttons. When you select option button two,
option button one turns off, and vise versa. jennym wrote: Thanks for that, that's very helpful. I've found the ActiveX controls (I didn't know about their existence before!) and I think it's actually the 'Option Button' that I want. I've managed to create a button however I'm not sure how I can edit the 'Properties' so that it turns 'on' when I click on it and 'off' when I click on it again. I'm not very good with all the computer speak in the long list of 'Properties'. Any ideas?
