Default can you create a spot in Excel which you can turn on and off by c.

can you create a spot/dot in Excel which you can turn on and off by clicking
on it?

There is a Toggle Button in ActiveX controls.

Thanks for that, that's very helpful. I've found the ActiveX controls (I
didn't know about their existence before!) and I think it's actually the
'Option Button' that I want. I've managed to create a button however I'm not
sure how I can edit the 'Properties' so that it turns 'on' when I click on it
and 'off' when I click on it again. I'm not very good with all the computer
speak in the long list of 'Properties'. Any ideas?

You would need two options buttons. When you select option button two,
option button one turns off, and vise versa.
