Default Changing the Comments Font

I'm using Excel 2003 on a Vista Home Premium machine and can't seem to
change the Default font for Excel comments. I tried changing the Windows
Tooltip
settings, but only the font size, font color and background color change, not
the font itself. It's defaulting to Tahoma and I haven't a clue where it's
getting that setting. If anyone has an answer for this I would appreciate it.
