Default Count if in multiple rows / columns

518 rows, columns a-ia

Need to count if five rows says houston then in column b how many times does
it say XXXX and in same column how many times does it say XXXX, etc. etc for
each column but only for those houston rows, cant use subtotal/auto count as
each column has multiple variables

Your problem is not clear. Pl. provide more information with sample data.
