On older spreadsheets there is a user name from the original creator of the
spreadsheet. I want to revise the spreadsheet and change the user name in the comment box to another name. How do I do it in Vista. Office Professional? |

Hi Ted
If you are using Xcel 2003, you can Go to ToolsOptionGeneral User name, and leave blank or change the name. HTH John "ted" wrote in message ...
