Default Excel 2007 Conditional Font Color How To?

How do I do conditional Font Colors (red negative, green position) like I use
to be able to do before Excel 2007 - in this case I don't want to use the
fancy conditional cell formating or icons, just make the font color value
conditional.

In the same way as before with a custom format such as
[green]0.00;[red]0.00;0.00
Home | Number ; click the launcher (arrow next to text "number")
open the Custom dialog and enter your custom format in the box
best wishes
