Decimal symbol not converting
I cannot reproduce this when I make regional setting German (Austria) to get
comma for decimal maker. When importing text data that has numbers with periods, XL '02 and '03 automatically convert the periods to commas, but '07 does not - as a result, the import is treated as text.
