Default Excel 2007 enterprise volume licensing

I have a HP server installed with windows 2003 OS R2 SP2 with 5 clients
When i try connecting to a terminal server, it prompts me of
"This copy of Microsoft Office Excel cannot be used on
Terminal Server. Please contact your local authorized Microsoft retailer
for more information"

Please let me know how to convert my current retail license to an enterprise
volume license, since microsoft would sell licenses based on country by
country..
