Default Filter new data from collums

I need to compare data in two collumns and filter out the new data. Any
formulas for that?
In other words I have a collumn with names from last year and a collumn with
names from this year and I need to sort out the new names from the old......
Help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Default Filter new data from collums

Hi, do you mean, if the names change from year 1 to year 2, identify them and
them filter those out?
