Default Formula or Function

Good morning,

I am working with a spreadsheet on a monthly basis which is copied and
pasted from a scheduling program. The data is input by month and activity id
along with other pertinent data. The goal is to set up a formula or function
that would sort the months by Activity ID # then sort so the same Activity is
on the same row each month the new schedule is copied into the worksheet.
How can I achieve this or am I looking at manipulating the data?
