First use Data = Validation to create the dropdown list. Then use Format =
Conditional Formatting to set the colors for each entry. Joerg "doss04" wrote in message ... I would like to have a cell change color according to the word used in the drop down list. (ie) drop down list has CLEAR (which would be green), CAUTION (which would be yellow), and DANGER (which would be red). Anyone have any ideas? |
