Hi,
And if you find this useful, you can add a Freeze Panes toolbar button to any of your toolbar. Right-click any toolbar and choose Customize. Select the Commands tab, and then the Windows & Help Category. Scroll down the Commands list on the right until you find Freeze Panes. Drag it to any one of your toolbar and drop it.
