Default #VALUE! Error

I have a spreadsheet that I have created which uses and Add-in to pull
information from our General Ledger of our accounting system. When I open
this spreadsheet on 2 of the computers in the office, everything is fine,
however when I open it on a 3rd computer I have many value errors. I look at
a cell with an error and find that it contains a formula that adds 2 cells
together, the first cell displays no data, however when you click on that
cell the formula in the cell refers to another spreadsheet in the same
workbook (+!Variables D2). When I check the cell for Variables D2, there is
data in this cell as well. Why is it not updating my spreadsheet, but works
on the other computers in the office? I have checked the Options,
calcuation and turned calculation off and on, it is okay.

Did you check the Add-Ins to see if your Add-In is listed? I know that can
cause problems, if on one computer the Add-In is selected and on another it
is not.

yes, the add-in has loaded. I am pulling over about 85% of the information,
but about 15% of the cells are blank. The problem does not appear to
affect every cell is the spreadsheet, just some of them.
