I have used conditional formatting many times and never had any problems
until today. I and entering if cell value is equal to "First" shade background pink, if cell value is equal to "second" shade background green, and if cell value is equal to "weekend" shade background blue. None of the conditions work. I am using drop downs to enter the shift so I know it is entered the same every time. I am using conditional formatting in another column and it works fine. Could anyone tell me what to do to get this to work? Thanks, Liz |
