Default Need help in Amortization Schedule calculations

Hello All:

I have created a table to calculate:

- Interest paid
- Principle paid
- Additional payments
- Remaining balance

I am having some difficulty to calculate the end of term payments
properly.

I put a copy of the file in my space:

Any solutions to my problem?
