Default Data Connection

I'm not sure if I would need a data connection for this - or not. Here is
the situation. Person A will enter time sheet values on a worksheet on the
network called "Time Sheet"

Person B has a "Payroll" Workbook. I want to pull in the "Time Sheet"
information by using a reference to that data. So we have a cell location
that says \\SERVER\FOLDER-NAME\Time Sheet\[Time Entry.xlsx]Time Entry'!F15,
and that should pull in the value from the "Time Sheet" workbook.

This isn't working quite right. Is there a better way using data
connections - or am I missing something? Thanks
