Default Convert Power Point presentation

I need to convert old presentation from a "read me only file" so I can edit
or redo the presentation. Can you email me?
Thanks

A number of points:
Firstly, if you ask a question in a newsgroup, the answer comes in the
newsgroup, not by e-mail. The purpose of newsgroups is not to provide you
with a free consultancy service, but to provide information which may be of
use to other readers too.
Secondly, if you are asking questions about Powerpoint, an Excel newsgroup
is not the right place to do it.
Thirdly, the answer may well not be related specifically to Powerpoint, but
to the settings of your file. Use Windows Explorer to look at the
properties of your file.
