Default Cannot increment numbers on Ctrl+ drag the cells.

i'm unable to increment the numbers in a column. the + sign doesnt appear
when i move over the edges of the cell. kindly help.

if: tools, option, edit, allow drag-drop selected
hi, not sure if you need Cntrl ?, do you have 2 cells hilited? format:
general.. ?
