Default Spell Check

I format a cell as text but it always changes NWE to NEW. How can I get a
cell to stay at NWE?

Default Spell Check

Remove "NWE" from the Autocorrect listing, Or elect to ignore entries in
Upper case

Default Spell Check

Go to Tools - AutoCorrect and remove the reference that changes NWE to NEW.
