I have a file with many lines/pages. Is it possible to subtotal by page
(defining a page as what prints out on a printer)? Can Excel 2003 or 2007 automatically subtotal by page? -- Terrie |

Since your pages can shrink and grow based on your own needs, don't think
subtotal will automatically calculate by page. but, if you figure out how many rows you have per page, then subtotal would be easy to do. Just subtotal by 40 or whatever rows.
