Default Subtotal Excel 2003

I have had the same issue, I have had excel reinstalled, and ran every update
I can find, and I sam still having this issue. Any help, or direction to any
patched would be appreciated.

Multilevel subtotals are in the wrong position in Excel 2002 and in Excel 2003
