Default open worksheet in different excel windows

I running Vista Ultimate 64bit with Office 2007

I looking the solution to open spread worksheet in differnt excel windows on
my dual monitor.

I work it success on Windows XP and Office 2003, that trick on the file type
assisate setting but Vista seem not easy to change the file type open
action.

Some answer is check "ignore application DDE" setting in excel option --
advance, but
this is not work, any one has good solution ?
