Default Excel 2007 - The document information panel was unable to load

Just upgraded a client from Office 2003 to Office 2007 Pro Plus and they
cannot look at Excel document properties. They are getting a message "the
document information panel was unable to load". Then the document will also
not close.

Seems to be lots of people experiencing the problem but no fix???? Pls help.
