Hi,
Not really. However you could keep a folder call current and put you files with the current data in there. And at the end of each month you could move all the appropriate files to a month history folder and then move the new data files into the Current folder. The new files must have the same names as the prior months files and they must be structured the same. In that case you won't need to change source since the files will "offically" still be in the same location. This may be a hokey work around for you, I don't know. -- Thanks, Shane Devenshire "Ben" wrote: Hi, Each month I create a number of Word reports which are full of tables and charts linked in from Excel. Is there any easy way for me to copy the last months base data into a new folder and have the links move to the new folder ie without having to go into Change Source and manually edit each link? Thanks in advance -- Ben |
