Hi All,
I am baffled here. I have a row of times in HH:MM format. Time is the amount of time doing fitness training (rather than time of day). At the end I have a TOTAL TIME using the sum function to give a weekly total of training time. TOTAL 4:19 10:11 09:29 18:23 18:22 (???) Above is what I have on my worksheet but the SUM of the values is incorrect. According to my calculations this should be 42:22. Does anyone have any idea why the SUM function is generating this number? Thanks for your help Paul |

Hi,
Format the cell with [hh]:mm and the time won't roll back to 1 when it exceeds 23. Mike " wrote: Hi All, I am baffled here. I have a row of times in HH:MM format.
