I have excel 2007 and since the current microsoft updates my email
attachements are now going to Microsoft excel viewer. How can I stop this
from happening. I need my reports to go right to my excel

A quick way is to run Repair from the Add/Remove programs.

The other ways is to start Windows Explorer go to Tools - Folder Options -
File Types
Scroll down to the .xls file extension and the click the button Change. Pick
Excel 2007 from the list of
registered programs then Ok and Apply and it should be fixed.
