Default maximizing workbook

i have a workbook saved and when i opened it up in excel it would not open
all the way. there are no buttons on the workbook with the minimize/maximize
or close buttons. I can't drag the corners or anything! How do i fix this!

please disregard last post...it did work...sorry working with excel 2007 now...

I don't use 2007 so my replies are based upon earlier versions.

Most times I don't know what I'm talking about when it comes to finding 2007
commands.
