Excel to Excel Mail Merge?
For each of the fields on your form, use a VLOOKUP or INDEX formula to extract data from your
database. Key the formulas to either a value (for teh VLOOKUP) or step through the indices when using the INDEX form, by putting the keyvalue or index into a cell referenced in the formula.
