Default Timestamp for when Pivot table was last refreshed

Is it possible to create a timestamp for when a pivot table was last
refreshed, so different users don't keep refreshing data to ensure they have
the most recent?

Why not set the option within the Pivot to refresh on open and then everytime
the file is opened it will contain the most current
