How do I add 5 leading zeros to a group of numbers?
Always best to use all that white space in the body of your message to
explain in some detail what you are trying to do so we don't have to guess. Probably one of these two is what you are looking for... ="00000"&A1 =TEXT(A1,"00000") where A1 is assumed to contain your first number (copy down or across for the other numbers).
