I am using a copy of Excel that I inherited at work. Since starting this
job, I haven't been able to use the escape key to stop functions such as copy and paste. I can copy cells as you would normally, and paste them. But hitting "escape" after the paste function doesn't abort the operation and allow me to continue working. I have to go back to the original source cells, put the cursor into the top left-hand box within the clipboard area, and then hit "enter." I'm used to avoiding having to do this by hitting escape instead. If anyone could tell me how to enable the escape key, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance. -- - Lee |
