Default Pivot Table Display

If you have more than one item in the "Row" section of a pivot table the
display only shows the label in the first column once if there is more than
one value in the second item. Is there a way to get the pivot table to
display the value in the first item and not leave blanks? I want to be able
to use the results like a data table.
