Default Duplicate information

I am importing information from another program and I end
up with duplicate rows of information in my spreadsheet.
Is there some way to tell excel to eliminate duplicate
rows either in the import process or afterward?

DataFilterAdvanced Filter.

Check "copy to a new location" and "unique records only"

For more on this see Debra Dalgleish's site.
