Highlight the print area, copy, go to your new file (in Excel??), and paste
special, values. Hope this helps, Carole O "TexMas" wrote: I want to save or print only the print area to a new file in an MS Office compatible format. Help! |

Actually, I should have given more details. The excel doc is a quote form
utilizing several validations and lists on the same worksheet. The end user needs to be able to push a save button or an email button and have only the information in the print area saved or emailed. Copying and pasting is just too technical! "Carole O" wrote: Highlight the print area, copy, go to your new file (in Excel??), and paste special, values.
