Default Keyboard Shortcuts

I have lost the use of some of the keyboard shortcuts in Excel 2007.
ctrl-arrow left or right move 19 cells, regardless if the cells contain data
or not.
ctrl-arrow up and down works as always.
I cannot use ctrl-shift-arrow to highlight cells at all.
Does anyone have an idea?

I would try disabling Scroll Lock.
