Default Mail merge filters

I'm trying to do a mail merge, and want to eliminate 2 different values in
the same field. Seems no matter how I do it (and/or), it only filters out
the first one. Any suggestions? I'm using Excel 2007 and Windows WX.

Not a reply - but a correction -- Windows XP (don't know how WX got in there!)
