Default Comparing two list of data

I have two worksheets, each with a list of data (they are actually names).

Worksheet A is the cumulative list of all the names. Worksheet B is the
list for 2007. New names will appear in 2007 that are not on the cumulative
list - is there a function I can use to highlight/identify the new names to
the list?

Then I want to add their names to the cumulative list - is there a simple
way to do that or do I have to cut and paste once I am able to identify the
new names?
