can I export an excel file to the body of an email
I am trying to send an excel file via email to a person who does not have
excel software. Can I embed the file on the body of the email. I know I can attach the file but if the receiver doesn't have excel it seems useless |

You can embed it but it will not solve the problem as the recepient would
still need Excel to properly view it. You can however paste it as a picture. To copy a picture of the selected range, (in Excel 2007) you would choose the Paste tool shown in the Clipboard group, then you would choose As Picture, Copy as Picture. In 2003 you need to hold down Shift key while pressing the Copy option. "David" wrote: I am trying to send an excel file via email to a person who does not have excel software.
