When reducing data to one page, the page(s) seem to continue to be attached
in Print Preview. What is the easiest way to reduce the document to the one
page (page 1) desired.

Select the data that you want to print, click FILE in the menu and select
PRINT AREA and click SET PRINT AREA. Then click FILE and select PAGE SETUP
and set the number of pages you want to reduce the print job to.

That part I knew, but I want to change the document to be only the one page
without deleting thousands of rows and columns. IN the past I have copied the
section and placed it on a new sheet as one workaround.
