Default Delete cell on 1 page: automatically delete on another page?

I am setting up a to-do list on Excel. The first page is my weekly to-do
list. The additional pages are the "source pages" from which I will pull the
activities for my weekly list. I would like to set things up so I don't
have to take a lot of steps to transfer and delete cells.
1) Can I set it up so that I can click on a cell on "source page" and that
item will automatically get copied on to the main page?
2) Can I delete a cell on the main page and have it automatically get
deleted off the source page?
