Conditional Formatting
Hi
I have 3 columns of data Jim 6 7 8 John 9 10 11 I want to check the number data to the left of the cells and if it is less then i would like to change the colour of the cell. Is this possible? Thanks ali |

Conditional Formatting
Conditional format will work. In Conditional Format ,,, Cell value ,,, Less Than ,,,Clcik on cell to left of data, format ( choose a colour for font or pattern ), click ok.
