Default formula fill adjacent cells 2007

Hi

ODBC report bringing in some data, i want to add formulas to the adjacent
column. in 2003 you used to have a simple tick box saying auto fill the
formulas down when the range expands i.e when you refresh the report. However
in 2007 it does not have this option and after looking it says that it
automatically does this in the formula - it does not seem to be working for
me as it will skip the new data but just fill the last cell.

PLEASE HELP it is adding lots of time to ALL my reports!

Thanks
