Default Import/Export from database queries

I posted in ACCESS and they told me to post in EXCEL.

We are trying to import from a database query that has predefined
specifications
for this database. The problem that we are running into is that if we have
more than one worksheet in a workbook that one pulls from one query with
those specifications, the second get external data does not work. The error
is that "That specification does not exist." Can we get around this problem
and if so, how do we do it.

Thank you in advance for your help.
