Default Excel 2003 randomly loosing database queries

Hi,

I'm having some odd problems with Excel 2003 randomly loosing track
of
database queries I have set up. I am using Excel to do some
reporting
based on data being retreived from a PostgreSQL database (via ODBC
and
a system DSN). This generally works very well, except that for some
reason Excel keeps randomly forgetting that a range of cells is
linked
to a database query. I can open up on of the files and start
refreshing the data and one or two of the places that are supposed to
pull data from the DB will fail to refresh - right clicking to choose
"Refresh data" shows that as far as Excel is concerned the cell(s)
are
not linked to a query. I've even had it happen where I'll
successfully refresh a given query, do some other stuff and then go
back to refresh again and suddenly the query is lost! When it
happens
it is not associated with any changes to the database or to
formatting
of the cells in Excel. Needless to say this is rather annoying, does
anyone know what would cause this and how to fix it?

Thanks,
Brian
