Default drop downs

I would like to create a drop down cell on "Excel 2003" that is populated
according to the selection made on another. For example if on the first drop
down one selects "TREES" then the nest drop down gives you a selection based
on the first choice such as "TALL", "EVERGREENS", "FRUIT", ETC.
If anyone can assist with this I would greatly appreciated since I just
can't seem to figure it out my self and have limited knowledge.
