I have multiple workbooks created with excel 97. When I open the workbooks
in excel 2003 it does not recognize any of the formulas created in 97 and I get multiple errors. I need to update all workbooks to work in excell 2003 and recognize the formulas. All workbooks and formulas still work perfect in excel 97 but we want to go to the 2003 version. How can I do this ? |

something else is going on because all formulas in 97 work just fine in 2003.
That's the nature of the errors?? "RDG" wrote: I have multiple workbooks created with excel 97. example,
=EOMONTH(H1,-1), this formula in "97" references cellH1 which has a date of 17-July-08, and should give an answere of 30-june-08 whichit does in "97" but when opened in 2003 gives an error of, #Name?. NOTE: the 17-July-08 date in H1 is the result of of the formula in h1 that is linked to another page in the workbook. All formulas in this workbook are linked to other pages in the workbook and another workbook that are all open.
