Default lowest number in a row that is greater than zero

Assuming data in A2:S2 down
Place in T2, then array-enter,
ie press CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER to confirm the formula:
=MIN(IF(A2:S20,A2:S2))
Copy T2 down

I have a row of 19 cells that have many zeros in it but I need to find the
lowest value that is greater than "0"

The problem comes from having 19 months of sales figures and I want to find
the lowest month value we had sales in.

Thanks Nigel
